In AAPPS-DPP2020, we are planning poster session as follows.
All the posters can be put on the Conference Web site for whole conference
week, and all participants can see the poster as they wish.
Questions can be sent to authors and author will reply.
No needs for Zoom usage and no parallel session.

> 1. Presentation ID, Presentation title, Author name, Affiliation
> 2. Poster (or movie) < 500MB
> 3. Past questions and answers
> Last one helps to avoid duplication of same question.

> If you click “Input comment”, Comment page appears
> Name of questioning person
> E-mail of questioning person
> Affiliation of questioning person
> Question to be inputted
>
> If you click “send comment”, it is sent to author’s e-mail
>
> Author is instructed to reply on the Web within 24 hours.
> If you like, we can change to "within 12 hours" as standard
considering the time difference of East Asia, US, India, EU.
>
> Poster prize selection committee members can look at those Q&A to decide
best poster prize winner as well as asking question.
