Asia-Pacific Region is growing very rapidly in science and technology and the cooperation of physics program in this area is an important step. AAPPS-DPP is established in 2014 and 2017 becomes an important year
for AAPPS-DPP by having first annual conference similar to APS-DPP and
EPS-DPP.
I hope 1st Asia-Pacific Conference on Plasma Physics is a good start of our community in Asia-Pacific region.
