All participants for AAPPS-DPP 2020 are supposed to have one’s own research fund to participate to the conference. However, we also understand some difficulty for such as researchers in developing countries or retired persons and so on. AAPPS-DPP allocates limited funds to exempt from paying registration fee for small number of authors who will present their papers at the AAPPS-DPP2020.
As in the past, financial support for speakers is planned using APCTP support budget to DPP.
APCTP allows to give honorarium to participants and can be used as registration fee payment.
Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates for financial assistance are:
retired speakers, speakers from developing countries, and speakers with any special difficulties.
Schedule
1. Application for financial support : July 22 - August 10
Application form 2. Informal notification : August 20.
Request to send back signed receipt of “honorarium” to Dr. Nagai <aappsdpp.hp@gmail.com> .
3. Form of receipt is attached.
This must be submitted to APCTP after we received.

4. Formal notification : August 31.
Request registration fee payment for those we can not support.
Deadline for registration fee payment: September 15.
5. Speakers who did not registered will be deleted from the program to finalize AAPPS-DPP2020 e-conference.
