Financial Support

All participants for AAPPS-DPP 2025 are supposed to have one's own research fund to participate to the conference. However, we also understand some difficulty for such as researchers in developing countries or retired persons and so on. AAPPS-DPP allocates limited funds to exempt from paying registration fee, support air fee and local accommodation for small number of participants who will present their papers at the AAPPS-DPP2025.

Eligibility and Requirements

Candidates for financial support are:
DPP members who are retired presenters, presenters from developing countries, and presenters with any special difficulties.,
and speakers with any special difficulties.

Schedule

1. Application for financial support : January 1 - March 31

Send request to CEO of AAPPS-DPP with following information.
　　A. Name, e-mail, DPP member ID/ not DPP member
　　B. Affiliation
　　C. Reason: Retired, Developing country(India is not in this category), Special difficulty
　　D. Abstract: Abstract ID or one page pdf
　　E. Required support: Abstract ID or one page pdf
　　F. Air fee : Name of Start Airport - Fukuoka (or near by airport), Expected minimum Air fee,
　　G. Accommodation : Hotel in date and out day
　　H. Registration fee : reduced fee [ How much you can pay ]

2． Even if support is approved, it can be partial due to tight budget situation.

3． Notification : May 15.

4． Refunding will be made at the conference or directly by the funding agency for awarded participants.

5． Air flight must be cheapest. Reimbursement needs original ticket stub.

　　Please purchase round-trip tickets from your place of residence to Fukuoka that are close to the low-priced round-trip ticket amount proposed by the DPP CEO.

6. For the hotel stay during the conference, DPP may provide list of cheap hotel and reimbursement for hotel will have upper limit.
