Notes on Poster Session　

In AAPPS-DPP2020, we are planning poster session as follows.

　 All the posters can be put on the Conference Web site for whole
　conference week, and all participants can see the poster
　as they wish.
　During the Conference, questions can be sent to authors and
　author will reply.
　No needs for Zoom usage and no parallel session.

Poster upload has to be done in a week before the conference by the registered first author.

Upload your poster at
https://www.gakkai-web.net/p/aappsdpp_ps/fup2.php
using your registration number and passcode.

To Participant visiting Poster Session

For Abstract, visit Program Site at
http://aappsdpp.org/DPP2020/poster.html

For Poster, visit e-Conference Site using your
Registration Number and PassWord.
Poster presentation site is prepared in the conference site below the conference schedule table.
By clicking the Presentation Code, you can access to the Poster.

Q&A for Poster Session

Again, back to the sample poster site at
https://onsite.gakkai-web.net/aappsdpp_demo/sample.html

Here, you can see a typical ehibition of poster presentaion page,
and , below the poster, you can find "QandA" button.
For question to the author, click this buttton,
write question and submit.
Your question is sent to the author, and answer to the question
will be exhibited in "Question and Answer Table"
below the "QandA" button.
The content of this Table is updated regularly.

If you are a presenter, read the procedure shown in page 2 of
AAPPS-DPP2020 e-conference Manual – Speaker and Poster Presenter–
1.2 Presentation File (Poster presenter)

This Manual is sent to all the Presenters before the Conference.
