How to get from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to the bus terminal for Malacca by express bus
The last bus from KLIA to Malacca(Melaka Sentral) leaves at 9.30 pm at present, so make sure you have enough time to transfer after arriving at the airport. The first bus to Malacca leaves at 7:00. Departure times, including the first and last bus, may change, so please check the reservation site below in advance.

After passing through immigration and customs, follow the signs to the bus terminal in the arrival lobby.
Going straight and you will see a sign that shows "Bus to City L2." Take the elevator or escalator down to the L2 floor.
Follow the instructions and get on the moving walkway, you will see a sign that shows "Bus Station." Follow that sign and take the escalator down to the lower floor.
Then you will get to the bus terminal of KLIA. Purchase tickets at the Ticket Counter or make a reservation in advance via the QR code below. Buses to Malacca run approximately once an hour and it takes about 2 hours to get there.
The express bus to Malacca(Melaka) arrives at the Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal, about 2 km north of the conference venue, “Grand Swiss-Belhotel Melaka”. From the Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal to the conference venue, it is within walking distance, but it is best to take a taxi.
Notes on using express buses from Kuala Lumpur
The table below shows the latest bus times from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the city centre to Melaka. Please note that the time of your arrival flight as the last bus time varies depending on the day of the week you arrive.
If you cannot make the last bus from the airport, please use the bus stop: TBS-BTS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan at Bandar Tasik Selatan) in Kuala Lumpur city. The TBS Expressway Bus Terminal is 52 km north-northeast of KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport), but the KLIA Transit Express stops there(Bandar Tasik Selatan Station) directly as shown below, and the journey takes just about 30 minutes.

Participants are advised to ask the Information Counters at Changi Airport about taking Bus to Malacca.
Since there are no direct buses from Changi Airport to Malacca, you first need to head to a bus terminal in Singapore.
Recommended terminals include "Queen Street Bus Terminal" or the "Golden Mile Complex" near Lavender MRT Station. See the map shown below.
You can reach these terminals from the airport by taxi or via the MRT (subway). The travel time is about 30 to 40 minutes.

From Golden Mile Complex or Queen Street, express buses bound for Malacca are available.
Major bus companies include "707 Inc" and "Transtar Travel," and tickets can be booked online in advance. Buses usually run several times a day, with tickets costing around 20 to 30 Singapore dollars.
The travel time:
The bus ride usually takes about 4 to 5 hours. However, the immigration process at the Malaysia-Singapore border can take time, and delays are common, especially on weekends or public holidays.
Crossing the border:
At the Singapore-Malaysia border, you will need to get off the bus for immigration checks. Once all formalities are completed, you can re-board the bus to continue your journey to Malacca.
